02 / How I work
Simple, and a little old-fashioned.
We talk about where your time actually goes. I find the one or two things worth fixing first, not a giant "transformation." I build them, show you early, and adjust until they feel right. Then I stick around for the tweaks.
You deal with me the whole way through. No account managers, no ticket queue, no getting passed to a junior. If something breaks, you text the person who built it.

03 / Who's behind it
I'm Adrian. West Dev Solutions is a studio of one. Just me, and that's the whole point.
You get the person who writes the code, not a salesperson who signs you up and disappears. I like the boring problems, the repetitive stuff that eats your evenings. If I can make a bit of software quietly handle it, that's a good day's work.
I work with a small number of businesses at a time, so the ones I take on get my actual attention.
